What to Expect on Arrival:

Client Portal & Consent Forms: Prior to your appointment, you will receive an email with access to our client portal, where you can fill out all necessary consent forms at your convenience. If any forms remain incomplete, you will have the opportunity to complete them upon arrival.

Refreshments: We invite you to relax and enjoy a selection of complimentary refreshments as you settle in.

​

Consultation & Appointment: After completing your paperwork, you will proceed to your complimentary consultation, followed by your scheduled appointment with your provider.
