Before You Arrive

• Client Portal Access: You’ll receive an email with access to our portal, where you can complete your intake and consent forms in advance.

• Save Time at Check-In: Any forms left incomplete can be finished in-studio on arrival.

When You Arrive

• Relax & Refresh: Our team will welcome you with complimentary refreshments while you settle in.

• Consult & Treat: After paperwork, you’ll meet your provider for your consultation, followed immediately by your scheduled treatment.
